LVT is short for Luxury Vinyl Tiles. It is constructed by layering a UV coating, wear layer, decorative print film, middle layer and back layer in sequence, which are then hot press together through a thermo-lamination process. The manufacturing involves steps such as high-temperature calendering, UV coating application, tempering, and curing, endowing the final product with outstanding dimensional stability.
